Candice Edwards-Marchrones is a established talent manager and casting director, renowned for her expertise in nurturing talent and orchestrating complex casting projects. With a career that spans across hundreds of actors and clients, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to identify and cultivate exceptional talent and complete successful projects.
Candice sparked her career in government contracts, by sharpening her strategic acumen at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company as a sub-contractor for the production department. There, she specialized in the casting department, honing a unique blend of business and creative skills that have become her calling card.
Candice’s extensive background has made her a trusted advisor in securing government contracts, where her strategic insights and talent management acumen come into play. Her ability to navigate complex projects and deliver results efficiently makes her an invaluable asset and a standout in her field.

Selden Morris is a seasoned Senior IT contractor with extensive experience leading government projects for high-profile agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense. Working with Thomas and Herbert Consulting, a minority-owned, veteran-owned IT consulting firm, he specialized in IT modeling and establishing project management offices (PMOs) to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.
